How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Where do orders ship from?

We work with international fulfilment partners and ship directly from Asia. Our local returns centre is based in Acworth, Georgia.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure digital payment methods including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state regulations.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, processing begins and changes may not be possible.
