Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@annikastyles.com

After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. You may still return the item once it has been delivered.


Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or are missing packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed items that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated return shipping typically ranges between $8 and $12 depending on location and carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the full return shipping cost.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns. This fee is calculated on the product price (excluding shipping) and deducted from the refund.

The restocking fee does not apply if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product differs significantly from its description

In these cases, you will receive a full refund and return shipping will be covered.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued (for example, items returned with minor wear or missing packaging).

If this applies, you will be contacted before the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the timeframe above, first check your bank account or payment method. Then contact your bank or card issuer, since processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@annikastyles.com and we will follow up directly with the payment processor.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. You retain all legal protections available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
